Tonight's The Night

I found this video today and it is from the Tonight's The Night Show and I thought it was absolutely adorable! Its about two selfless sick kids, who help other people. These two kids got their wishes made after helping many other people, and one of the kids wishes was to meet Miley. The little girls name was Grace.
