Miley Ray Cyrus was born on November 23rd, 1992 in Franklin, Tennessee. Her birth name is Destiny Hope Cyrus but she legally changed it in 2008. She is 17 years of age and is the star of Disney Channel's hit show Hannah Montana. She has a little sister named Noah Cyrus and her mother's name is Tish Cyrus. Her father is well-know country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. Miley currently resides in California and her new album Can't Be Tamed is now out.....More?
