♥ Miley Can't Be Tamed

Miley's newest album, Can't Be Tamed, is scheduled to debut on June 22. This album is said to be directed more towards “natural progression and sophistication”, and "a self-empowering song in which Miley asserts that she has to stay true to herself in relationships, and it is sure to become an anthem among her legions of fans around the world.".

The other dates to take note of is April 30th, which is when the album's title track will be released online on MySpace music. It will then be followed on the radios May 3rd. May 18th is when the song will be available for sale as a digital download via iTunes. This song will also be serving as the first single.

♥ MMVAs co-host

Miley will be in Toronto this summer, co-hosting at the MuchMusic Video Awards. The yearly awards show will take place this year on June 20, 2010. The show is a combination of concert and industry party, which also goes out onto the nearby streets around the station's Queen St. W. headquarters.

In a press release, Miley said
“I’m so excited to co-host the MuchMusic Video Awards...I can’t wait to get back to Canada and perform for all of my fans. It’s going to be an awesome night!”

E! Online's ANSWER B*TCH discusses whether Miley Ray Cyrus is over yet. If Miley's movie The Last Song flops financially, since it already has critically, does that mean she finally might go away? Or at least what does it mean for her future film career? Will she fizzle out ā la Hilary Duff?

Answer: For Miley Cyrus haters, the news is pretty bad.. specifically if you're waiting for Cyrus to go away. Box office analyst Jeff Bock told E!: 'Not a chance. Not a chance.' So far, The Last Song has brought in about $25 million, a smaller take than Cyrus' other flicks, but still quite respectable. 'While this

..opening isn't anywhere near the level of her Hannah Montana doppelgänger, this is a very strong opening for her as a solo artist. It's her name above the title, and not many people reach that stature in Hollywood, much less deliver box office.' Yes, critics like me panned The Last Song, and Cyrus' acting is only slightly deeper than her bra cup, but, as Hollywood.com box office analyst said, 'The true fan couldn't give one lick about a review.'

As for why Cyrus didn't earn more, well, she was up against two juggernauts: Clash of the Titans and a Tyler Perry movie. 'She's not going anywhere. She already has four more movies in development, and a fan base so strong, it will tolerate no criticism of the actress.''
